CHILD MARRIAGE FREE INDIA CAMPAIGN 2023-2024
Introduction:
On October 16, 2023, TRAQQUEE NGO, a committed social change advocate, joined forces with Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation to launch the “Child Marriage Free India” campaign, which aims to address the pervasive problem of child weddings in the nation. In order to end the practice and give India’s youth a safer and healthier future, this campaign aimed to increase awareness, involve communities, and work with stakeholders. The Labor Superintendent, CDPU, and District Magistrate Shri Richie Pandey launched the awareness rally program. Approximately eight hundred kids from different government schools participated in the awareness rally. More than 80,000 Pledges have been filled by people in order to declare 50 Villages Child Marriage Free before 31st March,2024.

Introduction:
TRAQQUEE NGO, a dedicated advocate for social change, collaborated with Bachpan Bachao Aandolan in the “Child Marriage Free India” campaign to combat the deeply rooted issue of child marriages in the country on 16th October 2022. This campaign sought to raise awareness, engage communities, and collaborate with stakeholders to eradicate the practice and ensure a safer and healthier future for India’s youth. Sarpanch Mamta Devi, with UpMukhiya Mahtab Alam and many Aanganbadi Sevika, Sahayika and Members of Jeevika joined this campaign.
